Parts Coordinator

We are looking for a Parts & Inventory Advisor to join our team! The ideal candidate would work well individually and as part of a team to achieve all requirements and deadlines for part ordering and managing inventory. Duties include and are not limited to:

• Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Monitoring the current parts inventory and completing weekly and monthly counts
• Pricing parts to maintain profitability
• Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them
• Helping technicians find the correct parts and quoting them
• Overseeing special orders
• Collaborating with service team to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs
• Answering phones
• Data entry
• Completing truck inventory for service technicians and daily replenishment

A successful candidate will posses the following skills:

• Sales and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Mathematical skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Previous HVAC experience is a bonus but will train the right candidate
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes loud environment
• Leadership skillsto keep the parts department running smoothly
• Product knowledge to ensure they identify parts correctly and recommend the needed parts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
