Our company is seeking an individual to join our Parts Counter Team. The ideal candidate is friendly, upbeat and enjoys being part of a team. Area of responsibility will include customer and cashier service as well as stocking shelves and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. The ability to multi-task would be an asset. We are looking for a team player with excellent interpersonal skills to join our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Be attentive and quick to react to customers' needs.
• Be able to deal with difficult customers.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers, management, and customers.
• Provide high quality customer service.
• Be able to multitask.
• Manage time effectively.
• Locate requested merchandise using computer inventory system or by physically searching
• Use problem solving skills to help customers find the right parts and complete transactions
• Shipping and recieving
