On-the-job training provided.

Familiarity with truck / auto parts and inventory control desired but not required.

Working hours will vary between Monday - Friday 8 AM - 6 PM, Saturday 8 AM- 4 PM.

Pay Range: $10- 13/ hour with opportunity for advancement and incentives.

Responsibilities:

· Greet customers, respond to questions, introduce promotions, and provide outstanding service.

· Operate a computer using Point of Sale software.

· Correctly manage financial transactions and balance cash drawer.

· Maintain Inventory control, verifying, displaying, and restocking items.

· Answer phones in a timely manner and with proper etiquette.

· Keep store clean, organized and maintain an orderly appearance.

· Ability to comfortably speak and build rapport with customers, diligently resolve any customer complaints, while adhering to company policies.

· Continuously update knowledge of company products and services.

· All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.

· The ability to stand for extended periods of time.

· Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction.

· Have a professional appearance.

· Ability to lift 50 lbs., Forklift experience a plus.
