As a Parts Counter Consultant/Delivery driver, you will be the backbone of our parts department, ensuring our retail customers, wholesale accounts, and service technicians get the exact GM Genuine and ACDelco parts they need.

• Assist Customers & Technicians: Handle walk-in, phone, and online inquiries from retail customers, commercial accounts, and internal service technicians.
• Identify & Source Parts: Use specialized electronic parts catalogs to accurately identify, locate, and order vehicle components.
• Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, catalog, and stock incoming inventory while keeping the parts department organized and clean.
• Process Transactions: Provide precise quotes, invoice parts sales, collect payments, and accurately manage cash/credit balances.
• Build Relationships: Deliver exceptional, friendly service that upholds our 75+ year reputation for honesty and integrity.
• Delivering parts: Deliver parts to our wholesale customers and pick up payments for the parts

• Parts Department Hours: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and alternating Saturdays (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM).
• Sundays Closed: We protect your family time.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous automotive parts counter experience (dealership or aftermarket retail) is highly preferred. Knowledge of GM parts is a major plus.
• Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and a customer-first mindset.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating dealership inventory software, digital catalogs, and basic computer applications.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to multi-task and maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean, acceptable driving record.
