Parts Encoder

Qualifications:

• College graduate
• With experience in the automotive/car industry
• Knowledgeable in parts and inventory management
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in basic computer applications, especially MS Excel
• Organized and able to handle records and repetitive data-entry tasks
• Willing to work with minimal supervision and coordinate with different departments

Job Responsibilities:

• Encode and update parts and inventory data accurately.
• Verify part numbers, descriptions, quantities, and other details.
• Maintain accurate and organized inventory records.
• Assist in monitoring inventory and resolving discrepancies.
• Perform other parts-related administrative and encoding tasks as assigned.
