Parts Head

The Parts Head is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the overall operations of the Parts Department. The role ensures the timely procurement, inventory control, storage, and distribution of genuine parts and accessories while maintaining optimum stock levels. The Parts Head oversees department personnel, monitors parts sales and inventory performance, ensures compliance with Toyota standards and company policies, and coordinates with the Service and Sales Departments to support efficient dealership operations and customer satisfaction. The position is also responsible for achieving departmental targets and maintaining accurate inventory records and reports.
