About Our Client:

Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of construction and mining equipment, renowned for delivering innovative machinery, quality products, and exceptional customer support.

What you will be doing:

• Providing exceptional service to both external and internal customers.
• Interpreting customer parts requests and identifying correct components.
• Supplying parts to meet customer requirements in a timely manner.
• Sourcing parts as required from suppliers and distribution networks.
• Raising and processing invoices for parts sales.

What you will need:

• Previous experience in a Parts Interpreter or parts environment.
• Experience or knowledge of earthmoving, construction, mining, or heavy equipment.
• High level of computer literacy and data entry accuracy.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Forklift Licence (High Risk Work Licence) preferred but not essential.
