Parts Interpreter

Conplant Pty Ltd is the largest privately owned specialist compaction and construction equipment company in Australia. Our core business includes the hire and sale of compaction and construction equipment with associated servicing and the supply of parts and transport services.  We are currently seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our Ingleburn based team.

You will be responsible for:

• The efficient and effective provision of parts interpretation to internal and external customers, following all appropriate internal policies, procedures and workplace health and safety legislation.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks such as helping mechanics with picking and supply of Parts.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as required, eg pick/pack/loading and unloading of trucks.
• Occasional pick up of items from local suppliers.

You will bring:

• At least 3 years’ experience as a Parts Interpreter.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal with a flexible ‘can-do’ attitude with a willingness and ability to work as part of a small team.

• An organised, methodical approach with the ability to follow well established procedures is essential.

• Attention to detail.

• Must be willing and able to undertake overtime if required.

• Computer literate, ability to utilise bespoke company IT system.

• A valid motor vehicle licence.

• A current forklift licence although training can be provided.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake a full pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing.  Conplant also requires ongoing drug and alcohol testing as part of its ongoing standard safety procedures.
