Job Title: Parts Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Parts Coordinator for our busy parts department in Auckland. The ideal candidate will have a passion for heavy diesel machinery and parts, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data entry. This role involves inventory control, reordering stock, part sales, handling general enquiries, and following up with suppliers/customers. The Parts Coordinator is responsible for efficiently managing parts for equipment service and repair for the company and its customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory control of parts

• Reorder stock as needed

Qualifications: - NZ resident - Passion for engines and machinery - Understanding of how machinery works - Ability to stock and supply required parts
