Parts Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage inventory control, ensuring proper stock levels of fast-moving and critical parts.
• Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the parts department, which includes maintaining accurate records of parts inventory, ordering and receiving parts from suppliers
• Issuing parts to technicians or customers, and handling returns and warranties
• Ensure that the parts department meets the quality and safety standards of the organization and industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Automotive Technology, or any relate field. (Preferred)

• Vocational/Technical courses in automotive servicing may be acceptable with relevant experience.

• At least 2 to 4 years of experience in parts management, warehouse operations, or dealership parts department is an advantage.

• Previous managerial leadership experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.

• Proficient in customer service and communication

• Leadership and teamwork, problem-solving and decision-making

• Organization and attention to detail

• Computer and software applications

• Technical knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
