Parts Manager

• Manage daily parts department operations, including parts sales, inventory, and stock control.
• Ensure the availability of genuine spare parts and accessories for service and retail customers.
• Monitor stock levels, fast-moving and slow-moving items, and arrange timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely parts supply for vehicle repairs.
• Handle parts ordering, procurement, GRN, invoicing, and warranty-related parts procedures.
• Maintain accurate stock records in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
• Conduct regular physical stock audits and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor parts sales targets, departmental profitability, and monthly performance reports.
• Manage obsolete, damaged, and non-moving stock to minimise inventory losses.
• Lead and supervise parts staff, ensuring efficient customer service and adherence to company policies.
• Coordinate with the manufacturer, suppliers, and head office for parts availability and operational support.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
