Parts Representative

Are you passionate about customer service, technical products, and sales? As a Parts Sales Representative, you’ll be the go-to expert helping customers find the right parts for their equipment! You’ll play a key role in ensuring excellent customer experience and supporting our operations team.

What You’ll Do

· Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts

· Provide expert advice on product compatibility and specifications

· Process orders, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery or pickup, while ensuring customers are informed of the status

· Sell and promote products as well as complementary items

· Maintain accurate records and follow up with customers

· Collaborate with the services team and other departments to resolve inquiries

· Generate quotes, analyze sales data, and meet performance goals.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in Business or related field preferred)
• Experience in sales, preferably industrial or technical parts
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
• Familiarity with inventory and sales software
• Ability to learn technical product specs quickly
• Problem-solving and customer experience mindset
