Parts Sales Representative

1. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, while candidates with relevant sales experience will have an added advantage.
3. Basic knowledge of heavy machinery spare parts, construction equipment, or automotive parts.
4. Understanding of parts sales processes, including identifying customer requirements, preparing quotations, processing orders, and following up on sales.
5. Ability to communicate with customers, understand their needs, and recommend the appropriate spare parts.
6. Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with customers and dealers.
7. Basic understanding of inventory and stock management.
8. Ability to prepare sales reports, quotations, invoices, and other relevant sales documentation.
9. Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
10. Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
11. Ability to meet sales targets and work effectively under pressure.
12. Willingness to travel and conduct customer visits when required.
13. Good command of English and Swahili, both written and spoken.
14. Must be self-motivated, presentable, disciplined, responsible, and results-oriented.
