Partsman

1. Responsible for receiving and releasing, monitoring and maintenance of warehouse stock parts.

2. Receiving of delivered parts with proper documentation and quality check

3. Proper binning of received parts based on the 7 storage techniques

4. Picking and allocating of all parts allotted for counter and clients

5. Issuance of parts to counter sales personnel with proper documentation and invoice references

6. Monitor fast moving stocks and inform ordering section for parts with critical and over stocks

7. Orderly filling of all parts warehouse documents, picking slip with proper authorization nd receiving reports, parts estimate slip, parts sales invoice, gate passes, all in series

8. Conduct daily perpetual inventory

9. Maintenance of 5S

10. Prepare and submit reports of inventory discrepancies, damaged parts, and mispackaged parts

11. Adherence to company policies

12. Deliver and pick -up to and from dealer to general distributor
