Parttime Evening Receptionist

The Weld Club seeks to employ a guest services receptionist for 5 shifts per week commencing at 4.00pm until 9.00pm Tuesday till Saturday

• Meet and Greet guests and direct them to appropriate areas
• Check in guest to accommodation
• Answer phone calls and take messages as required
• Allow remote entry to guests via security entrances
• Take restaurant reservations
• Make accommodation reservations
• Attend to any email enquiries
• Typing documents

The successful candidate should:

• Have a good telephone manner
• Be customer orientated and service focussed
• Ideally have hospitality experience as a receptionist
• Be able to multi task and prioritise their work load
