Party Host

The Slimee is growing, and we are looking to hire 2 long-term team members for our Paramus Park Mall location.

We are hiring for:

1 Weekend Team Member
Must be available Saturdays and Sundays.

1 Weekday Team Member
Must be available during weekday shifts.

This position is not for high school students or temporary job applicants. We are looking for responsible, long-term candidates who have previous work experience and are interested in growing with our company.

About Us:
The Slimee is a creative, hands-on slime workshop and party venue where kids and families come to learn, play, and celebrate. We host birthday parties, workshops, field trips, and daily walk-in experiences, making every visit fun, memorable, and organized.

Job Description:
We are looking for energetic, responsible, and friendly team members to join The Slimee family. In this role, you will help lead birthday parties and group events, guide children through slime-making activities, support daily store operations, and provide an excellent customer experience for families.

Responsibilities:
Lead birthday parties, workshops, and group events with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Teach children step-by-step how to make slime in a fun and engaging way.
Assist with setup, cleanup, restocking, and daily store organization.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming environment.
Communicate professionally with parents, children, and team members.
Support walk-in customers, retail sales, and event preparation.

Qualifications:
Must be fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.
Previous experience in kids’ activities, events, retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
Must be reliable, punctual, responsible, and professional.
Must enjoy working with children and families.
Strong multitasking and communication skills.
Must be looking for a long-term position, not a temporary job.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
