Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, creating an inviting atmosphere from the moment they step in
• Manage event flow by coordinating activities, entertainment, and catering schedules to ensure smooth operations
• Oversee guest registration and assist with any special requests or accommodations
• Monitor event spaces to maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall ambiance throughout the event
• Engage with guests to foster a fun, inclusive environment while addressing any concerns promptly
• Collaborate with team members to set up decorations, tables, and activity stations ahead of time
• Assist in managing event timelines and ensuring all activities adhere to scheduled plans

Skills

• Excellent hospitality abilities with a genuine passion for providing outstanding guest services
• Exceptional communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members alike
• Ability to remain energetic, positive, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
• Attention to detail for maintaining event quality standards and safety protocols
• Proven experience in customer service or event hosting is a plus but not required

Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 32.0 per week
