We specialize in hosting epic birthday parties, unforgettable group events, and fun-filled celebrations for kids, teens, and adults.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing Party Hosts to join our team and help us deliver unforgettable party experiences!

About the Role:

As a Party Host, you’ll be the star of the show! You’ll lead groups through their party experience — from welcoming guests and organizing games to serving food, coordinating activities, and making sure everyone leaves with a huge smile. You’ll bring the energy, keep things running smoothly, and ensure everyone (especially the guest of honor!) feels like a VIP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome party guests with energy and enthusiasm
• Lead and manage birthday parties and private group events
• Coordinate with activity staff to run games (laser tag, golf, etc.)
• Supervise children and ensure their safety and enjoyment
• Organize party food, cake, and any add-ons or extras
• Keep to the party schedule and ensure smooth transitions between activities
• Interact with parents and guardians in a friendly, professional manner
• Handle any minor issues or concerns calmly and efficiently
• Clean and reset party rooms between bookings
• Assist with event prep, decorations, and party materials as needed
• Be a team player — jump in to help wherever needed!

• Outgoing and confident personality — you’re not shy on the mic!
• Great with kids, teens, and adults alike
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow schedules
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children or in customer-facing roles is a plus
• Able to stay calm under pressure and keep the fun going
• Available on weekends, evenings, and during school holidays
• Minimum age: 16+
