As a Party Host, you will be the energetic and welcoming face of our venue, creating unforgettable experiences for guests of all ages. Your enthusiasm and hospitality will set the tone for fun-filled celebrations, ensuring every event runs smoothly from start to finish. This role offers a dynamic environment where you can showcase your event management skills, engage with diverse groups, and bring excitement to life. Pay rate is hourly + tips. Our top party pros typically work 8-10 parties on a Sat/Sun with tips averaging $40-$80 per party.

Duties:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them through their party experience with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Coordinate party activities, including games, entertainment, and food service, to ensure seamless execution
• Manage guest interactions with exceptional customer service, resolving any issues promptly and positively
• Oversee event setup and cleanup, ensuring the venue remains clean, safe, and inviting throughout the event
• Maintain a lively atmosphere by engaging guests in activities and encouraging participation
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot conflicts or issues that arise during events

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event hosting or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
• Strong customer service skills with a knack for guest engagement and conflict management
• Ability to work effectively with children and manage lively group dynamics
• Experience in food service or hospitality environments is a plus
• Comfortable with public speaking and leading group activities or games
