Job Overview

Atlas Health is seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Attendants (PAS Attendants) to provide in-home support to clients. This role focuses on helping individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with daily personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility and safe transfers
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying)
• Help with meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Remind clients to take medications
• Observe and report any changes in condition

Qualifications

• Caregiving or home care experience preferred
• Reliable, dependable, and compassionate
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow a care plan
• Must pass background check
• Reliable transportation preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to assist with transfers and mobility
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs (as needed)
• Able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks during shifts
