PAS-X Support Consultant

Job highlights

• Experience in system / application management and support

• Provide L2/L3 support for PAS-X/MES systems, including troubleshooting, incident management, and problem resolution.

• Ensure system stability, performance, and compliance with ITIL best practices.

• Perform application/system management, including monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades.

• Support Computer System Validation (CSV) activities, including documentation and testing.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Manufacturing, QA) to resolve technical issues.

• Maintain system documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and change management records.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

Must-Have

• Strong experience in MES (PAS-X knowledge is mandatory).
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
• Experience in system/application management and support.
• Understanding of Computer System Validation (CSV) principles.

Good-to-Have:

• Additional expertise in PAS-X configuration/administration.
• Exposure to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
• Familiarity with SAP integration with MES.
