Pashto Translator

Key Responsibilities

• Translation & Localization: Accurately translate various types of documents, reports, emails, audio/video transcripts, and promotional materials from Pashto to English/Urdu and vice versa.
• Editing & Proofreading: Review translated texts for clarity, grammatical correctness, and consistency with industry-specific terminology.
• Interpretation: Provide consecutive or simultaneous interpretation during meetings, interviews, or conferences (if required).
• Cultural Adaptation: Ensure that all translations are culturally appropriate and resonate effectively with the intended target audience.
• Terminology Management: Maintain glossaries and translation memory databases to ensure consistency across recurring projects.
• Quality Assurance: Meet strict deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation Studies, English, Pashto, or a related field. (Certified translation credentials or diplomas are a strong plus).
• Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years of professional translation or interpretation

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
