OVERVIEW:

• Department: Operations Quality Assurance
• Entity: Thai AirAsia
• Status: Internship

YOUR ROLE AS A PASSENGER ADVISOR

This role is to assist passengers at domestic check-in counters by providing guidance and ensuring compliance with dangerous goods and air transportation regulations.

WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:

• Maintain professional attendance by adhering to prescribed clock-in/clock-out procedures, uniform standards, and rest schedules.
• Advise passengers on dangerous goods regulations, including items allowed in carry-on and checked baggage.
• Ensure compliance with aviation requirements by providing accurate and clear information to passengers.
• Collaborate with Ground Services and Cargo teams to conduct daily operational activities, including morning briefings and shift reports.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, any related field is welcome to apply.
• Fluent in both English and Thai is required, with additional proficiency in a third language considered essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills and Customer Service skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure airport environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with passengers.
• Applicants must be available for aminimum of 3 months of internship

*Note: Comprehensive training on air transport restrictions, prohibited items, hidden dangerous goods, and passenger regulations will be provided for 1–2 weeks before duty assignment.
