Airline Passenger Assist provides assistance to travelers in a busy airport environment by supporting safe and efficient passenger movement.

Key Duties

• Greet passengers and determine appropriate assistance needs.
• Provide wheelchair and escort assistance.
• Support wayfinding to gates, baggage claim, and transportation areas.
• Coordinate with airline and airport staff to help ensure safe, timely travel.
• Receive assignments using radios or mobile devices.
• Document completed services and follow reporting procedures.
• Adhere to strict safety and security procedures at all times.
