Passenger Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Passenger Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to passengers, ensuring a comfortable and safe travel experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and deliver outstanding customer service will be crucial in helping passengers navigate their journey.

Duties

• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking from vehicles, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Provide support to individuals with mobility challenges or special needs, offering guidance and assistance as required.
• Communicate clearly with passengers regarding travel schedules, routes, and any changes that may occur.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanour while addressing passenger inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a high standard of service.
• Monitor passenger behaviour to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Report any incidents or issues promptly to the appropriate personnel for resolution.

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to interact positively with the public.
• Strong communication skills are essential, enabling you to convey information clearly and effectively.
• A compassionate approach towards assisting individuals with diverse needs will be beneficial in this position.
• Experience in a transport or travel-related environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
