What they need
Location: Hong Kong International Airport
Time: 07:00 - 16:00 / 14:45 - 23:45 / 22:30 - 07:30 (6 days per week, shift required)
What you'll do:
- Work inside the airport restricted area
- Maintain order and ensure smooth crowd control
- Assist with queuing and passenger flow management
- Handle emergency situations
- Handle and respond to passenger enquiries
- Requires standing and walking for extended periods
Key qualifications:
- F.5 or above, with minimum 1 years of Customer Service Experience
- Fluent in Cantonese, fair English and Putonghua
- Able to read and write simple Chinese & English
- Self-motivated, Good team spirit, Ability to work independently and under pressure
** Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Passenger Queuing Assistant
