What they need
Location: Hong Kong International Airport
Time: 6 days per week, 9 hours per day, shift work
Job Responsibilities:
- Verifying travel documents (passports, visas, and entry permits) to ensure compliance with international regulations
- Assigning seats and issuing boarding passes
- Checking in hold luggage to ensure it meets safety and size limits
- Processing excess baggage charges and tagging bags correctly for their final destination
- Assisting passengers during flight delays, cancellations, or overbooking scenarios
- Resolving issues related to ticketing errors or unrecognized travel documents
- Coordinating services for wheelchair users, unaccompanied minors, and passengers requiring medical aid
Job Requirements:
- HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Fluent in Cantonese, good English and Putonghua
- Detail-minded, patient and able to work under pressure
- Willing to perform shift duty and overtime work in the airport
- Positive attitude with a commitment to work in the aviation industry
- Familiarity with the aviation industry is a plus
