What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of the EYLF
• A genuine commitment to child safety and active supervision
• Passion for delivering high-quality, engaging educational programs
• Confidence in documentation and digital platforms
• A collaborative, team-focused mindset
• A natural mentor (for Lead Educator applicants)
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with children, families and the local community
• Relevant early childhood qualifications or be working towards them
• Valid Working With Children Check
