Passive Fire - Project Manager

An opportunity has arisen for a Passive Fire Project Manager to join our successful and ambitious team where our central concern is ensuring that our prestigious projects run smoothly and efficiently.

• Successful management of on-site work and site teams ensuring supply of adequate and skilled resource in accordance with the Firas Scheme
• All aspects of safe working, complying with all relevant legislation creating a genuine and positive health and safety culture – Limited experience on H&S.
• Deliver operational excellence across all aspects of “doing the work well”.
• Responsible for receiving all orders and from clients.
• Planning and co-ordination of all aspects of the works including but not limited to programme, resource, management, contract issues, supervision, administration, materials, supply chain and subcontract, ensuring that all are managed to ensure works are completed successfully.
• Maintenance of all project administration and documentation including plans, minutes of meetings both internal and with clients which should be stored on the server.
• Take responsibility for manging the supervisors, application of the Firas Scheme Requirements, the quality of the product carrying out appropriate levels of checking, rectifying and mitigating snags and defects, monitoring trends and taking actions to continuously improve.
• Management, escalation and mitigation of business and operational risk
• Ensure the client satisfaction and customer service is best in class.
• Ensure that all activities and operations are carried out in strict compliance with company and government procedures and regulations.
• Reporting and escalation in line with company requirements
• Ensure that each site team is meeting targets safely on a monthly basis
• Maintaining a working knowledge of technologies and processes.
• Monitoring performance metrics and maintaining a good understanding of the business.
• Preparing any required business reports.
• Producing project roadmaps, confirming tasks, communicating the approach to each project.
• Receiving and responding to approvals and notifications.
• Conducting site visits and attending client site meetings.
