Luxuria Hospitality Management (www.luxuriabahrain.com) is seeking a talented and dedicated Pasta Chef for our exciting new hospitality project in Bahrain. With an uncompromising commitment to quality, creativity, and guest experience, this is an outstanding opportunity for a passionate pasta specialist to bring authenticity and artistry to a dynamic and ambitious culinary concept.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience specializing in fresh pasta making in reputable or award-winning venues

• Expert knowledge of fresh pasta doughs, shapes, and techniques across classic and contemporary styles

• Proficient in the preparation of a wide range of fillings, from traditional to modern interpretations

• Strong command of classic and modern Italian and French sauces and their applications

• Creative, detail-oriented, and committed to consistency and quality

• Fluent in English

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Experience in inventory and stock management

• Minimum high school diploma

• Basic Food Hygiene certificate required; HACCP certificate is a bonus

• Basic understanding of P&L and recipe costings

• Well-groomed and presentable
