Pasta Cook

Duties

• Prepare, cook, and assemble a variety of pasta dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled in accordance with food safety guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station, including proper knife skills and food handling procedures
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation during busy service hours
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal texture, flavor, and safety standards are met

Requirements

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles within a fine dining restaurant or food industry setting
• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
• Experience with dietary department standards or dietary aide experience is a plus
• Familiarity with menu planning, meal preparation, and fine dining service environments
• Excellent knife skills and proficiency in food industry best practices for kitchen operations
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
• Previous restaurant experience or culinary experience involving pasta dishes preferred

Pay: From $1,200.00 per week
