What they need
We are looking for a full time pasta man (pasta maker). Full time available. Minimum 3 years of fine dining pasta making experience. Must know Italian pasta dishes and sauces such as bolognese, fra diavolo, marinara, tomato basil, piccata, linguini carbonara, linguini with clam sauce, etc just to name a few. Pay rate to be determined based on experience in person after interview has been done.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
