What they need
Adoro is a new Italian restaurant and wine bar with Adriatic influence, centered around from-scratch cooking, seasonal ingredients, and handmade pasta. We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Pasta Maker to join our kitchen team.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience making fresh pasta from scratch
- Knowledge of mixing and working with different pasta doughs
- Experience rolling, cutting, shaping, and filling pasta
- Ability to maintain consistency in size, texture, and quality
- Organized and able to manage daily pasta production and prep
- Understanding of proper storage, handling, and rotation
- Clean, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Restaurant or professional kitchen experience preferred
