Pasta Maker/Machine Operator

• Maintaining Recipe par-levels.

• Responsible for creating different pastas according to The Pasta House recipes and

standards.

• Consistently checks the pasta products and adjusts methods to achieve high quality

pasta.

• Maintains a clean and sanitary food production area, clean and maintain machines.

• Ability to lift-up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to operate equipment such as a commercial mixer and pasta machine.

• Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking,

bending, and squatting.

• Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
