Job Overview
Responsible for assisting in the preparation and production of pastries, desserts, and baked goods while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and baking pastries and desserts.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and proper food handling standards.
Support inventory and proper storage of ingredients.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Chef.
Qualifications
With experience in baking or pastry (preferred).
Knowledge of basic baking techniques and food safety standards.
Willing to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Working Conditions
Shifting schedule; weekends and holidays required.
