Pastry / Baker Staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school graduate with a vocational certificate or training in Baking, Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, or a related field is an advantage
• Previous experience as a baker, pastry staff, or pastry assistant in a hotel, resort, bakery, café, or restaurant is preferred
• Knowledge of baking techniques, pastry preparation, cake decorating, and dessert production
• Familiarity with baking equipment, kitchen tools, and commercial ovens
• Basic knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and commitment to product quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to enhance, renew, and obtain relevant certifications and training required for the role
• Must reside near Brgy. Hugom, San Juan, Laiya, Batangas
