Pastry Chef/ Baker

Job Summary: (Accommodation Provided)

We are looking for a dedicated and creative baker to join our team in Kado Estate, Abuja. If you have a passion for baking pastries and desserts, and enjoy working in a structured and supportive environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, bake, and decorate a wide variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods.
• Follow recipes and ensure consistent quality and presentation.
• Monitor inventory of baking supplies and report stock levels to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the baking area at all times.
• Work with the supervisor to introduce new products and improve existing ones.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.
• Occasionally work on Sundays if required, depending on operational needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years baking experience, preferably in pastries and desserts.
• Background in culinary school or trained under a professional baker/chef.
• Ability to follow recipes and create innovative pastry ideas.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended hours in a baking environment.
• Strong discipline, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm, with off days.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Monthly salary: ₦100,000 to ₦120,000 (can be negotiated based on experience).
• Accommodation provided within Kado Estate.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦120,000.00 per month
