Pastry Chef – Chocolate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and passionate Pastry Chef specialising in chocolate, with strong expertise in chocolate craftsmanship and pastry development. The ideal candidate will develop innovative, premium-quality chocolate creations and support the development of unique pastry products that enhance our brand offering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create premium chocolates, pralines, truffles, bonbons, and chocolate-based desserts.
• Develop new and innovative chocolate and pastry products.
• Demonstrate expertise in chocolate tempering, moulding, ganache, and decoration techniques.
• Maintain high standards of product quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Manage ingredient usage, recipe standardisation, and product costing.
