Juliet | Design District, Dallas
Juliet is an upscale steakhouse in Dallas's Design District seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to lead our dessert program.
You will be responsible for creating and executing a refined dessert menu, managing pastry production, and maintaining consistent quality standards in a high-volume fine dining environment.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of pastry experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants
- Strong foundational technique and attention to detail
- Ability to lead and train pastry staff
- Knowledge of seasonal ingredients and current dessert trends
We offer competitive pay, a professional kitchen environment, and the opportunity to grow with us.
Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
