- Leadership Skills: Strong capability to manage shift schedules, delegate tasks, and motivate a team of kitchen assistants and bakers.
- Technical Knowledge: Expert in large-scale baking equipment operation, portion control, and industrial kitchen workflows.
- Education: Graduate of Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts, Food Technology, or a related field preferred.
