Pastry Chef

We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef at Yaya's Euro Bistro. This position will be responsible for developing and executing desserts for our lunch and dinner menus, along with pastry and dessert offerings for our popular Sunday brunch. We are looking for someone with strong pastry fundamentals, creativity, and a good eye for presentation. Our goal is to offer desserts that are polished, seasonal, and interesting while still being approachable and appealing to a wide range of guests.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and prepare plated desserts for the dinner menu
• Create pastries and dessert features for Sunday brunch
• Develop seasonal specials and new menu items
• Maintain consistent recipes, portions, and presentation
• Manage pastry prep, production, inventory, and ordering
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area
• Monitor product quality, food cost, and waste
