Pastry Chef

A Pastry Chef is responsible for preparing, baking, decorating, and presenting a variety of pastries, desserts, cakes, breads, and other baked products while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, desserts, breads, cookies, and other baked products.
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, appearance, and portion sizes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry kitchen.
• Follow food safety and HACCP standards.
• Manage ingredients, stock, and minimize wastage.
• Safely operate and maintain pastry kitchen equipment.
• Coordinate daily production with the CDP, Head Chef, and kitchen team.
• Assist the CDP and other kitchen staff as required.
• Support and guide junior pastry team members when needed.
• Ensure timely preparation and high-quality presentation of all products.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in the same or similar Pastry Chef position.
• Good knowledge of pastry, baking, and dessert preparation.
• Ability to assist the CDP and support other kitchen team members.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Team player with good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Candidates must have their own valid UAE visa.
• Candidates must be available to join by November 2026.
