Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present desserts, pastries, and baked items
- Develop and update dessert menus as needed
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
- Manage pastry section operations and workflow
- Monitor ingredient quality and stock levels
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Train and supervise pastry staff (if applicable)
- Collaborate with the kitchen team for menu pairing
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
