Pastry Chef

We are seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef with a strong background in the hotel industry to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, precision, and a deep understanding of high-volume production and presentation standards required in a luxury hotel setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods to a consistently high standard.
• Design seasonal dessert menus and daily specials in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
• Ensure all pastry items meet quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
• Manage pastry kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff supervision.
• Train and mentor junior pastry staff.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a hotel environment minimum 3 years.
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and presentation.
• Ability to lead a pastry team in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality setting.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Culinary degree or pastry certification preferred.
