Anima Romana Bakery is looking for a passionate and reliable Pastry Chef to join their team full-time. Anima Romana brings the flavours and traditions of Italy to Toronto, with a focus on Italian pastries, cakes and quality handmade baked goods.

Full-Time | $25-30/hour based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of Italian pastries, viennoiserie and desserts
• Prepare doughs, creams, fillings and other pastry components
• Maintain consistent quality, freshness and presentation
• Assist with daily bakery production
• Maintain a clean, organized and food-safe workstation
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced bakery environment

What we're looking for:

• Previous pastry or bakery experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and presentation
• Reliable, punctual and organized
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for baking and Italian pastry
• Availability for full-time work, including weekends
