We’re Hiring: Pastry Chef

Location: Davao City

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pastry Baker / Vegan Pastry Chef who can work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, breads, cookies, and other desserts.

Prepare vegan/plant-based pastries according to company standards.

Conduct R&D for new pastry products, recipes, flavors, and seasonal offerings.

Handle high-volume, fast-paced pastry production while maintaining quality and consistency.

Ensure proper food handling, cleanliness, and sanitation.

Monitor ingredients and minimize food waste.

Follow production schedules and meet daily pastry requirements.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Pastry Baker or Pastry Chef preferred.

Experience in vegan/plant-based baking and R&D is an advantage.

Knowledge of baking and pastry techniques.

Able to handle fast-paced production and tight deadlines.

Creative, detail-oriented, reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn.

Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php600.00 per day
