le bun bakery is looking for an experienced and passionate Pastry Chef to join our growing team.

We are currently in an exciting R&D stage, developing our pastry and cake range. We are looking for a chef who is not only experienced in production, but is also excited to create, experiment and grow with the bakery.

Key Responsiibility:

• Produce high-quality patisserie, cakes, tarts and other pastry products

• Handle daily pastry and cake production

• Follow and maintain recipes, quality and presentation standards

• Assist in developing and refining new products during our R&D process

• Work closely with the team to improve recipes and production processes

• Ensure consistency in taste, texture and presentation

• Assist with production planning and inventory requirements

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant pastry experience is preferred
• Strong experience in producing patisserie, cakes and tarts
• Solid knowledge of pastry techniques and production
• Strong attention to detail and presentation
• Creative and passionate about pastry and product development
• Comfortable working in an R&D environment
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Responsible, disciplined and organised
