Pastry Chef

We're hiring a full-time, on-site Pastry Chef / Baker for our location in Ajman to bake fresh breads, pastries, and desserts that look as good as they taste. If you trained or worked in the European or Eastern European pastry tradition, we'd love to hear from you: experience with classic sweets such as zefir, cream puffs (choux), éclairs, Napoleon, medovik, and other Russian or Ukrainian favorites is a real advantage, as is hands-on knowledge of choux, meringue and marshmallow-style confections, cream work, and layered cakes. You'll keep quality, flavor, and presentation consistent in every batch, follow food safety and hygiene standards, keep your station clean and organized, and work with the team to keep the display full and the kitchen running smoothly. We're looking for someone with previous experience in a bakery, pastry kitchen, café, or restaurant, fluency in English and Arabic, strong attention to detail, and a calm, efficient approach in a fast-paced environment.
