Pastry Chef Demi/CDP (Full Time)

What we are looking for

• Experience working in a similar role for 3+ years
• Excellent knowledge of food and produce
• Great communication and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
• Have full Australian working rights
• Availability to work weekend and night shifts

Key duties include

• Work with the Pastry team to maintain consistency in their section and in the food presentation.
• Provide guidance and support to junior chefs
• Work calmly and professionally with a large and diverse team.

Key Selection Criteria

• Previous experience at a similar level in a premium dining or hatted venue.
• Passion and motivation for the role.
• Strong product knowledge
• Exceptional grooming standards and strong attention to detail essential.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster.
