About us
Ringawera Baker is an Artisan Bakery based in the busy Village of Matakana in Rodney Auckland. We are a small and hard working team, committed to making high quality products for our very discerning clientele. We operate 7 days a week. Our opening hours are 6am to 3pm. Our bakers start work between 1am and 4am every day in order to get our product out on time. We are a happy team and we are looking for someone special who will add something extra to the mix.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 3 years baking industry experience or a relevant qualification (level 4 or higher).
Tasks & responsibilities
- Tasks: Mix, prepare and bake products and other duties as instructed by the Head Baker and Manager. Ordering. Basic equipment maintenance. Requirements: Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines. Good organisational and preparation skills. Adhere to health and safety requirements. Creativity.
- Report to Head Baker and Manager.
- Supervision of junior staff.
